I kind of like how it looks like this woman is doing yoga while wrapping her gifts. Good reminder to me to get a class in this week!

Come Xmas eve, hopefully I'll have everything wrapped and under the tree and looking a bit glam. Maybe not quite as glam as this.

Sweet 16/black light/highlighter party
Have spent weeks preparing for my daughter's sweet 16. We had a black light/highlighter/glow party last night and it was a huge success. Here are some highlights! Got a big bang for our buck on a small budget!

Jackpot
Hit my favorite resale shops again today and scored this mint condition Heywood Wakefield nightstand for a mere $41.00. A similar model from the encore line I see online for $450-$800.00. Crazy..........Mine seems to have knobs so I'm not sure if it's just a poor cousin but I'm considering it a major coup nonetheless!
Disco Inferno
Not sure where I am going to put this yet but I have always wanted a bigger disco ball to hang from the ceiling all the time. Let's face it, life should always be a party. I got this one in TJ's and it was quite amusing how put off all the onlookers were who saw me purchase it. Folks just don't get my desire to have a good time!

Just got back from our family vacation to the UK to visit our wonderful friends and then traveling in Amsterdam and Belgium. This is a mermaid from the covered market in Oxford that is beautifully adorned!
